Diese Frage stellten sich viele. Die Oscarverleihung fand am Sonntag dem 28. Februar, im Dolby Theater im Hollywood & Highland Center statt. Das Event wurde in mehr als 225 Ländern ausgestrahlt.
Dieses Jahr durfte Chris Rock zum zweiten Mal moderieren.
